AAG congratulates CARIFTA team
The Athletic Association of Guyana (AAG) has congratulated Guyana’s 2016 CARIFTA Games team. According to a press release from the association, the 16-member team finished with three silver and two bronze medals at the meet in Grenada last weekend.
“The AAG would like to congratulate our athletes, who attended the just concluded CARIFTA Games 2016. Our medal count at this meet is 3 silver and 2 bronze. Our Team will be arriving at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport on Wednesday (today) at 7:30am,” the release noted.
