Urgent Inquiry needed at the Georgetown Hospital
Dear Editor,
The Kaieteur News journalist and other reporters who encountered the abuses by Dr. Amir at the GPHC, as reported in the KN, got a taste of what is normal at the GPHC. There needs to be an investigation into how Drs. Amir and Dr. Rambarran runs the hospital.
Many unacceptable things are common occurrences. All of this under the watch of the Health Ministry. It is not surprising the Minister cannot be found for a comment. Those doctors know they are running things the way they want to. The change ordinary people vote for does not include the GPHC. It is business as usual. An inquiry at the GPHC is long overdue.
