Kindly allow me some space in the KN on the below subject. I have seen articles in the KN dealing with various educational matters under the caption Consumers’ Concerns. I know the late Eileen Cox wrote this column. Now the name Pat Dial appears on the column. What is the status of the Guyana Consumers’ Association? Does it still receive the half million dollars Government stipend? How is this money expended? Who pays for the column in the KN? As I am on the matter of accounting, does the Consumers’ Affairs Bureau also get half million dollars government money? All of the above will be of help to me, as I would like to become involved as I have been from 1976 to 1994. Hafiz Rahman
