Dear Editor,
We are paying for GTT DSL bronze package that is 5 mb, but we are only getting approximately 2 mb during the day and approximately 0.200 mb in the nights which is too low to gain access on the internet. I have been calling the technicians at GTT twice every week making complaints and not seem to be getting no help from them so far. All they do is give me a trouble ticket and that’s it .January makes one year since I have been having problems and no one come to fix it .I have been short-changed by GTT by paying for something I am not getting Christopher Singh
