GCA competitions resume this weekend
The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) will resume their first and second division tournaments this weekend.
In the Trophy Stall/GISC and Star Party Rentals first division two-day, which starts at 09:30 hrs on Saturday, Georgetown Cricket Club will host Transport Sports Club (Cyril Garnath and Pritipaul George) and Demerara Cricket Club will be at home to GNIC SC (Javed Persaud and Hortence Isaacs).
In the New Building Society second division 40-over at 10:30 hrs on Saturday, Malteenoes SC will entertain University of Guyana (Zaheer Mohamed and Reginald Grant), while on Sunday at the said venue Muslim Youth Organisation will play UG (Abena Parker and Ragushwar Latif).
