GPL’s pre-Paid services goes down
On Saturday, at approximately 08:00 hours, service at the Main Street office of the Guyana Power and Light Inc. (GPL) was temporarily disrupted due to a damaged transformer.
As a result of this, the power services said that its Emergency Call Centre and Prepaid services were disrupted.
“Our Emergency Crews worked ardently to replace the defective transformer which resulted in the disrupted services being restored at approximately 15:00 hours.”
