The DPP should have appeared

Dear Sir,
I refer to KN’s article on the 25th December, 2015 where  it was reported that the Court of Appeal had placed businessman, Kevin Jordan on bail pending appeal. Mr. Jordan was represented by among others, Rex McKay S.C widely regarded as the leading lawyer in Guyana. The DPP was represented by Judith Mursalin, a very promising but relatively new prosecutor. Shalimar All Hack, the DPP did not appear.
This was a case which called for Mrs. Ali Hack to appear. It attracted national interest as it involved the sodomy of a minor child. Mrs. All Hack failed to step up and carry out her constitutional responsibility. If Mrs. All Hack wishes to avoid these kind of cases, she ought to explain why.
