CIOG to host financial seminar
The Central Islamic Organization of Guyana (CIOG) in conjunction with the Islamic Development Bank of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be hosting a seminar on Thursday.
The Seminar will focus on banking. It will feature two representatives of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to explain the Islamic banking system and financing.
The IDB representatives are Dr. Salman Syed Ali, Senior Researcher; and Yahya Aleem ur Rehman, Divisional Manager, Islamic and Finance Advisory.
These individuals represent the intellectual arm of the IDB IRTI and are experts in the field of Islamic Banking.
CIOG invites person who are interested in understanding Islamic Banking to attend the event.
