Members of the Guyana Football Coaches Association (GFCA) convened a special meeting on Wednesday last at the Guyana Football Federation where they collectively adopted a new constitution to govern their affairs.
This move is in keeping with a directive from the GFF as guided by FIFA to have all the affiliates of the national body adopt new constitutions in keeping with the reform of the sport. A number of other associations have already adopted new rules including Upper Demerara, East Bank, Essequibo, Bartica, Referees and West Demerara.
The coaches will now hold a General Meeting on October 25 where elections of office bearers will be on the agenda.
