Groden’s tenure as GFF GS ends tomorrow

The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) has informed that the tenure of General Secretary Mr. Richard Groden will end tomorrow. Groden was expected to serve GS for the entire life of the Normalistion Committee which is November 14, 2015.
However, due to prior personal commitments, Groden will be unable to fulfill the original agreement according to the GFF release.
Ms. Diedre Davis, who served as Assistant General Secretar,y will now assume the role of General Secretary as of October 1, 2015. Groden has expressed gratitude to all who exhibited patience and provided support and clarity during his tenure as General Secretary.
He believes that there is still a lot to be achieved in the interest of the game and is urging those who will take over the reins of administration at all levels to proceed in a collective and inclusive manner which will ensure the success that is necessary in the governance of administration of the game in Guyana.
