There is more madness because the people of little intellect are dominating the society. They are the people who commit the gun crimes without thinking of the consequences. Yet another group would embark on a crime and the community would react with deadly intentions.
Fortunate for the society, not everyone is a killer.

Speeding cars are increasingly becoming a threat. There were the crashes this past week and more are on the way. Another driver would be unable to concentrate and the collision would send even more people to the hospital.

Who can understand the ways of the world? A businessman is going to come face to face with some young men who are convinced that they are invincible. They would have just planned a robbery on a city business house but one of them would see something that would cause them to go for the perceived easy target.
The police would not be too far away. There would be injuries from gunfire.
