Big schoolgirl Juliet?
As a prelude to the start of a new school year, Stabroek vendor/ business woman Juliet Burrowes, a grandmother who sells just outside Demico House, got dressed up in her Charlestown Secondary School uniform as a smart business strategy to attract would-be shoppers.

Yesterday, as she opted to drink cherry juice, she proudly declared “I am a big schoolgirl and while my children are all grown, I’m in the mood for promoting the need for children to return to school to get an education.”
