I wish to draw your attention to the problem several clients of E-Networks are experiencing. To enjoy the services provided by the above Company a client is required to pay a monthly fee.
As I write, it is the 4th August, 2015, and already the service is disconnected for failure to pay the monthly fee for August 2015. Whenever the full fee is paid the service is reconnected. However it would again be disconnected by the 3rd of the next month.
When questioned about the unfairness of the system the reply is that what is happening is the policy of the Company. I would like to get a proper explanation of why the Company should act so unfairly
