DEAR EDITOR,
I was a passenger on flight BW601 of 11th July 2015, and left my iPod on the plane when it landed in Guyana.
Mr. Michael Ferguson from Caribbean Airlines – the Security Supervisor from Trinidad – got in touch with me and kept communicating via e-mail and phone calls.
I cannot emphasise enough, the professionalism displayed in securing my iPod. After all security measures were exercised, Mr. Ferguson was able to forward my iPod to Caribbean Airlines Security in Guyana for me to receive.
I wish to thank all the Staff on Caribbean Airlines Flight BW601 of the aforementioned date, the Caribbean Airlines Security in Guyana and most of all Mr. Ferguson.
