Ian John was elected President of the Georgetown Softball Cricket Association Inc (GSCL Inc) when the body held its Annual General Meeting on Saturday last at Guyana National Industrial Sports Club Inc (GSCL Inc).
Former West Indies off-spinner Clyde Butts and Longsford Klass are the vice presidents, while Telesha Ousman-Yamin was re-elected as the secretary.
Avenash Persaud will serve as the Treasurer, Russell Jagbeer Assistant Secretary Treasurer and Intitercam Kharamattallee Organizing Secretary. Zaheer Mohamed is the new Public Relations Officer and the trustees are Mahendra Azhar Hardyal and Ms. Bibi Kadya Samaroo.
The organization will name its respective committees at their first executive meeting later this week.
