Bobb, Hyman land gold in T&T

Troy Bobb and Dellon Hyman continued to impress in the Martial Arts arena when they both copped gold in the Eastern Classics tournament held recently at Meloney Indoor facility in Trinidad and Tobago.
Bobb of the Guyana Police Force took the top podium spots in the masters’ weapon display free style kata and masters’ traditional kata. Hyman of the National Martial Arts Academy took first place in the traditional kata, second in the freestyle kata and fourth in the sparring, competing in the over 35 category.
Guyana’s other representative at the tournament Kevin Wilson of the Harpy Eagle Martial Arts Academy took the runner up spot in sparring.
