Dear Editor,
I understand the new Government has a position against sole sourcing. I agree with that position. However, I understand that no advertisement has been done in relation to the audit work now being undertaken and some of the larger firms are not involved. Can the government explain this?
Secondly, I understand that the government has ordered 58 Prados. Is this so, and, if it is true, how can it be justified with the bankruptcy of the PETRO-CARIBE fund, the financial situation at GUYSUCO and the conditions of our schools, hospitals and police stations etc?
