I wish to extend congratulations to the Honorable Mr Ronald Bulkan on his political appointment to Minister of Communities. Mr Bulkan is a passionate and committed champion of his beloved country and I have followed his political advocacy since 2011.
I would have preferred to see him oversee Guyana’s natural resources including forest and minerals but I am confident that he will excel at any task. You’ve done very well, Mr Bulkan. Go get em.
