ECB names committees
The Essequibo Cricket Board (ECB) has named its respective committees at an executive meeting held on Sunday at their hostel in Anna Regina.
The cricket development committee is being led by Alvin Johnson and includes Andy Ramnarine, Loaknauth Persaud and a representative from each area committee and the umpire association.
Virendra Chintamani is the chairman of the finance committee which is made of Totaram Ramnarine, Aotto Christiani, Fizul Bacchus and Anthony Murray.
The Marketing and fund raising committee is being headed by Murray, while the other members are Andy Ramnarine, Nazeer Mohamed, Chintamani, Rohan Budhan and Mc Donald (only name given).
Verna D’Augiar is the chairman of the competition committee which is made up of Vickram Ramnarine and a representative from each area committee.
Bacchus leads the disciplinary committee with Totaram Ramnarine, Christiani, D’Augiar and Chintamani are the other members.
Christiani is the chairman of the selection committee which includes Chintamani, Andy Ramnarine and Mohamed.
