Tucker donates Best Poser trophy to Flex Night
At the Flex Night event tomorrow, the bodybuilder who in the 60-seconds free-posing round executes the most appealing

posing routine will win the Flex Night 2014 Best Poser trophy, donated by Mr. Frank Tucker, who will himself be a judge at the event.
Mr. Tucker’s generous gesture is aimed at encouraging bodybuilders to refine and perfect the art of displaying their muscularity in the most pleasing and effective way, including the choice of music, the sequence of his movements and the projection of overall stage personality.
The best posing routine will be judged as part of the normal assessment of the different weight categories and not as a separate segment, so no accessories or props are allowed. The event gets going at 18:00hrs sharp at the National Cultural Centre.
