Gokarn Ramdhani elected to CONCECABA post
President of the Guyana Badminton Association & Secretary General of the Caribbean Badminton Confederation

(CAREBACO) Gokarn Ramdhani currently in Xalapa Veracruz, Mexico for the Central American & Caribbean Games as Manager/Coach for Badminton, was on Monday 24 of November 2014 elected General Secretary for the Central America & Caribbean Badminton Association (CONCECABA) 2014-2018 at the general meeting held at the Omega Sports Complex in Xalapa.
At the general meeting attended by 13 countries his nomination was supported by all and unopposed.
“I am very happy that the badminton arena internationally is seeing my work and interest in the development of Badminton and I will continue to do as much as I can to continue this progress,” Ramdhani said.
The two youngest male players in the tournament, Narayan Ramdhani & Jonathan Mangra are scheduled to compete tomorrow, Wednesday, in the singles events.
