Macaw House win MLC Inter-House sports
Macaw House easily continued its dominance on Sunday when Morgan Learning Centre
Macaw House pose for a photo opportunity following yet another MLC triumph.
(MLC) held their third Annual Inter-House Athletic Championships at the CARIFESTA Sports Ground after amassing 249 points.
Falcons House was second with 169 points. Raven House was third with 148 points with Toucan third on 125 points. The race of the day according to the organisers was the teacher’s one, which saw Hubern Collins winning ahead of Roderick Gordon and Orin Morgan.
Gordon, who is in charge of the winning house, told the media that “the sport is growing every year and it was fun for children that don’t usually get to run at school sports.” He stated that the school will continue to place emphasis on sports.
