The Ministry of Agriculture, under the Guyana Livestock Development Authority (GLDA), received a solitary bid for the construction of grass field plot #45. The bids were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, Main Street, Georgetown.
