Dear Editor,
I read in your newspaper Kaieteur News dated July 28th “Riehl says Granger ‘too aloof’.
I would like to let Ms. Riehl know that she has no moral authority to speak of Granger’s involvement in managing the Party.
What has Clarissa Riehl done for the Party over the past two years except renew her membership for Congress? How involved was she to make her party strong.
Let me tell Ms. Riehl that you allude to a surge at the gate by the Linden people but did you stop to analyze the situation? Who would want to stop 100 people from voting for Aubrey Norton as opposed to 700 who were supporting Granger? But I recall you were one of those M.P’s who criticized Norton in your earlier years. You always said he was hasty and arrogant. What a change of heart. I trust that it was not because you were not selected for the 10th Parliament.
You said Granger was drinking water. Thank God, he was not drinking rum and talking the PNCR business.
I prefer an aloof leader than a ‘yard fowl’ one. If you like the latter – later for you. Yours in the struggle Concerned Comrade
