Pooranmall, Braithwaite and Francis replicate previous performance to win darts tourney

When the top draughts players last convened for the Guyana Draughts Association (GDA) national tournament earlier this year, three players Khemraj Pooranmall, Mark Braithwaite and Michael Francis had ended the tournament in that order to cart off the spoils.
These three players excelled once again, occupying similar positions, when their parent body staged the second edition of the tournament Sunday June 14 last.
The tournament was played utilizing the 100 square boards on a round robin basis. The third showdown is set for October and the GDA wishes to thank their benefactors for their corporate input. They include NALICO, NAFICO, John Fernandes Insurance Ltd and federal Management.
