The Customs Anti Narcotics Unit has issued a wanted bulletin for Caleb Habeed Caesar whose last known address was

130 Garnett Street, Newtown, Georgetown and for Philip Carlos Jermin Lovell, of 060 Guyhoc Gardens, Georgetown.
Caesar was born on September 5, 1983, while Lovell was born on September 20, 1976.
They are being sought in connection with a quantity of cocaine found in some vegetables and fruits by the authorities in neighbouring Trinidad and Tobago on Thursday
