Carmichael looking forward to stint with Hadleigh and Thunderly CC
Malteenoes Sports Club all rounder Kellon Carmichael recently told Kaieteur Sport that he is looking forward to his stint with Hadleigh and Thunderly Cricket Club in Essex, England. Carmichael departed Guyana on Tuesday last for a five month spell with the club where he will play in Essex county division one competitions. Carmichael feels that it will be a good experience. “This is the first time I will be playing there and I am looking forward to the challenges which should help to improve my game”, he added.
Carmichael stated that his aim is to help the club be successful adding that he will have to adapt to the conditions as quickly as possible. He informed that he wants to get into the Guyana team in the near future.
