Park. The trend has been ongoing for a while and is even more pervading at nights. The vagrants have become so emboldened that they have now erected hammocks, which act as their beds, in the roof of the facility. The lawlessness has forced spectators at basketball games down to the lower benches of the bleacher; there is an urgent need for official intervention to stop this growing phenomenon.
