Commissioner of Police Leroy Brumell presents a Christmas hamper to Ms. Claire Victorino, the mother of the late Lance Corporal 20293 Michael Forde.
The Lance Corporal was killed during a shootout between the police and businessman Derrick Kanhai early last month.
