to commemorate Mayor Hamilton Greens’s birth anniversary at the Tucville Ground starting at 17:00hrs today. There will be seven matches and the Meadowbrook/ Kitty shindig is expected to provide keen rivalry.
The tournament will also be played on November 24 and already several sponsors have indicated their support including Ricks and Sari, McCorp, GT&T, Chris Fernandes, Guyana Lottery Company, Eddy Grant, Trophy Stall, Bourda Market, New Thriving Restaurant and Giftland Office Max.
The winning team pockets $100,000 while the runners up receive half that amount. Organizer, Lennox Arthur has indicated that several stars will be on show tonight including Solomon Austin, Delon Williams Josh Kamal and Trevon Lythcott.
