Dear Editor,
I had cause to reset my cell phone after it fell and the battery became dislodged from the unit. This occurred at 10:53 a.m on International Literacy Day. The message which appeared on the display screen read:”Time and date is needed to be set after restarting due to battery change.”
Imagine this is what we, the reading public, endured from an international company on International Literacy Day! No wonder we have frequent low grades in English exams. Grammar and sentence construction have taken flight.
