There are some things that cannot change and one of them is the future. For some time now, everyone who lived in rural Guyana kept out of the city because of the fear that they might be killed. The city was the crime capital. Now the hinterland is becoming the crime capital.
The government would not increase the number of policemen needed, but the people are fast getting to the point where they would exact their own vengeance.

Fires are back and another is about to break out in a crowded area. This one, like the others would be contained, but not before it wreaks serious damage to the homeowner.

Suddenly the roads are even more violent because drivers are short-tempered. One particular collision would result from a driver forcing his way ahead of others in a line during rush hour.
On a congested harbour bridge this is not the wisest thing to do. The result would be shocking
