Rivalry in the Stag Beer sponsored West Demerara Football Association (WDFA) Senior League will continue today following two matches yesterday at the Den Amstel Community Centre Ground, West Coast Demerara.
Fans and supporters are in for a treat when Uitvlugt, unbeaten after 3 matches comes up against Jetty, still languishing without a point after a similar amount of games in the opening match at 14:00hrs.
The main clash features point’s leaders Slingerz (12 points) and Young Achievers of Pouderoyen, with six points from their three matches having suffered one loss.
Yesterday, Stewartville FC were down to face Beavers in the feature attraction, while Seawall FC and Wales were to collide in the opening game.
