The word has gone out; many children will be going out to school and the information is out earlier than ever before. Many of the importers of school uniforms are scrambling to beat any sanction that may come with the absence of the anti-money laundering legislation.
At present, some of the importers do the quiet thing. They have friends who have cash that they cannot get into the foreign banks. They then cut a deal; they get the foreign friend to buy the material in cash. There is now a mad scramble to get that cash out of hands. The problem would be the bill of lading.

The commercial banks are trying to keep the issue of counterfeit currency under wraps. In the past few months, a large quantity of counterfeit United States dollars began entering the local market. This is because the United States has clamped down on the movement of its currency and the drug dealers have a lot of it tied up.
This pressure is going to lead the police to seize a large quantity from a major importer who wanted to use gold, but found that even more difficult.

This fire is going to defy logic. It will erupt at the most unlikely time and under the most unlikely of conditions. Investigations will prove that jealousy can spark many a flame.
