Minibus madness!
This Route 48 minibus, bearing licence plate number BLL 9247 yesterday plunged into a canal on Vlissengen Road near Garnett Street, Newtown. Several persons received injuries. Lorraine King, 12, Rookmin Sukhai, 74, and Patricia Samuels, 37, were transported to the Georgetown Public Hospital, where they were treated and sent away.
