Carib aboard KMTC Independence Meet

Ansa McAl under its Carib Beer brand has trumped up sponsorship for the Kennard’s Memorial Turf Club (KMTC) Independence Horserace Meet at Bush Lot Farm, Corentyne, Berbice, which will be held on Sunday.
The Guyana Horse Racing Authority (GHRA) organised competition will give horseracing fans a special treat when they witness some of the nation’s best thoroughbreds competing for lucrative cash prizes and trophies.
In a simple presentation held at Ansa McAL Trading Ltd Head Office, Beterverwagting, Public Relations Officer, Darshanie Yussuf, said that the company did not hesitate to offer sponsorship for the meet because of its continued growth over the years.
“This is the third year that Carib Beer will be sponsoring the event and it’s because of the growth that we have witnessed that we continue to lend our support to ensure that this sport gains the recognition that it deserves,” Yussuf indicated.
No stranger to horseracing, Justice Cecil Kennard of KMTC reiterated his gratitude for the effort to support meet, extolling Ansa McAL and Carib Beer, and assuring that all efforts will be made to ensure that the company receives value for their sponsorship.
