Dear Editor,
You have got to be kidding me!! A police officer shot and killed in the line of duty and no “ officials” of the Guyana Police Force, the Home Affairs Minister, or the Mayor see it fit to get to that fallen officer’s family to express condolences. Shameful! Utterly repugnant!
No wonder the cops are corrupt. I would not be loyal either, working for an organization that doesn’t give a damn about me whether I live and less if I die. He’s so fortunate to have his grand children to play with. Poor young man didn’t live long enough to have grand children.
