A disturbing construction

Dear Sir,
I am a very disturbed resident of Campbellville. The reason is that there is this massive construction at the corner of Sheriff and Garnett streets. My family and I have been greatly affected by the noise and dust pollution. It is almost 19:00hrs and the workers are still drilling and hammering.
I have two children, four years old and four months old. My babies need to have some quiet time to sleep; this is ridiculous. I do not know how much more I can handle and who are the relevant authorities to whom I can make my complaint.
I wish you could shed some light on this problem in your news paper.
