Thirteen (13) bids were opened yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) for the construction of fuel storage tank bases at Lusignan, East Coast Demerara, and the East Demerara Water Conservancy (EDWC), Flagstaff, Mahaica.
