Dear Editor,
In the follow up to the fatal accident involving a 17-year-old drunk driver on Sunday night, it would be interesting to know whether the law enforcement would also seek out those who would have given/sold the alcohol to the 17-year-old.
The Intoxicating Liquor Licensing Act seems to imply that the legal age at which alcohol could be sold is 18 years.
