Despite the best efforts of the careful road user, the accidents are continuing because there are still those who believe that they are the most competent. One speeding motorist is going to confront an equally uncaring motorcyclist.
This is going to appear to be a game of who quits the madness first. Unfortunately it is not a game but a case of panic and an inability to control the situation. Both driver and motorcyclist would make the news in different ways.

Armed robbery continues because there is an increase in the number of young, unemployed men. If the society believe that the jails are full to overcrowding they have not seen the end of the situation. The police are going to be very active because they always happen to be where the bandits strike.
The overcrowded jails would force a change in police action. Things are going to revert to the days when criminals were shot out of hand.

A night club is going to erupt in gunfire because a wealthy and inebriated patron would feel all macho and would react to a minor in a way that was uncalled for.
The police would intervene but the society would be left with a bitter taste in its mouth. People would say that there are two laws—one for the rich and another for everyone else.
