Guyana lost to Jamaica by 8 wickets after being all out for 187 trying to erase the 160 run deficit on first innings they faced and only setting Jamaica 28 runs for victory. Jamaica coasted to 30 for 2 to comfortably win the game.
Jamaica had declared on 454/9 in their first innings with Brendan Nash hitting a well crafted and patient 205 not out. Devendra Bishoo was the pick of the Guyanese bowlers with 5 for 115.
For Guyana Assad Fudadin 47, Leon Johnson 37, Derwin Christian 20 and Narsingh Deonarine 21 chipped in with the bat as Ramnaresh Sarwan was left not out on 13 at the end. David Bernard picked up 3-32 and Sheldon Cotterrell had 3-42 bowling very quick, while Nikita Miller took 2-25.

Meanwhile, Kemar Roach and Tino Best again wrecked the Combined Campuses & Colleges’ batting, bowling Barbados to a sensational 189-run victory in the Regional 4-Day Tournament on Sunday night.
The fast bowling duo of Roach and Best shared seven wickets, as CCC, chasing 331 for victory, were bowled out for 141 in their second about an hour after the scheduled close on the third day of the fourth round match.
