New trial for Bartica murder accused
After a 12-man jury was unable to determine whether 30-year-old, Elton Odwin, of Byberabo Road, Bartica, killed Clement Obermuller, sitting Judge Madame Roxanne George-Wiltshire declared a hung trail.
Justice George ordered a retrial and set a date for new trial at the Suddie High Court.
Reports are that on January 20, 2008, at Carabisce Hill, Bartica, killed Obermullier.
