Statement by the Cricket IMC
The Cricket Interim Management Committee wishes to advise the General Public that it has been
brought to their attention that some of the recently selected players of the National Squad have been receiving telephone calls of a threatening nature telling them not to participate in the scheduled practice sessions and the practice game.
The Interim Management Committee wishes to state that they will not condone this type of behavior and insist that the person or persons involved desist from this action immediately or all appropriate steps will be taken to safeguard the interest of our players.
The Interim Management Committee is encouraging all selected players to attend all scheduled
sessions and not to be intimidated by such action.
