Agri unit lab attracts US$12M bid
Two sizeable bids – one for US$12 million and the other G$80 million – were tendered yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) under the Ministry of Agriculture for the supply, delivery, installation and testing of laboratory equipments for an artificial insemination laboratory. The bids for the Agriculture Sector Development Unit (ASDU) project are as follows:

Bids were also submitted for a Grid (the solar Photovoltaic system) for the Guyana Energy Agency which carried an engineer’s estimate of $7,822,602. The bids submitted:
