Telecommunications giant, Digicel Guyana, has kicked off their Mashramani activities as the third and annual “Mash Fitness Camp” was launched at the Demerara Cricket Club on Tuesday.

Digicel would usually host the activity several weeks before Guyanese celebrate Mashramani.
Sponsorship and Events Manager, Gavin Hope, yesterday said that Digicel was pleased to open the activity for the third time. Hope said that the main purpose of the “Mash Fit Camp” was to get persons ready for mash and also to get them in shape.
The programme is also geared to encourage persons to live a healthy lifestyle. It will run for two months. Fitness and Aerobics trainer Curtis McKenzie would be helping the crowd get fit for one and half hour daily.
Over 70 persons have already registered.
