In promoting integration and love for nature, two Argentineans have made Guyana

Roberto Chemello and Maria Del Parana are a married couple from Argentina, a South American country, who has been travelling the world since 1973. They are set to leave Guyana and return to their homeland in three months.
With the aid of an interpreter at the Venezuelan Embassy, the duo expressed their delight at their maiden visit to Guyana which they describe as exciting.
According to the duo, true wealth is not having material things but to enjoy what nature has to offer, and they have never planned an event – they just go with the flow.
“This month we can be here and next month we can be somewhere else…when we finish this trip here then we will be eventually going to Europe,” said Maria.
They both agreed that the language barrier has been a major hindrance on their various trips. But they are versed in Italian, Spanish and a small amount of English.
Maria is also a singer who has performed in various countries on stage whenever possible.
