DEAR EDITOR,
I refer to the long letter from Gail Teixeira in the newspapers of 27th October, 2011.
I have three observations
1. I did not know that diatribe could be piled that high.
2. Of all the examples she gave of religious leaders supporting political causes, none was the former supposedly impartial Chairman of an Ethnic Relations Commission.
3. Not one of them would dare to tell the public that were Jesus Christ to return he would vote for the party which Edghill was supporting. That is called blasphemy and should be condemned by all. Tony Vieira
