A wonderful customer service experience
Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to show appreciation to the folks at GT&T’s 69 Brickdam location for a wonderful customer service experience.
Normally, we as individuals overlook the exemplary work and service we receive from the service industry. However, I feel compelled to highlight the ladies who served me. After 3 routine visits to that office, I was very much impressed by the professionalism of Mrs Ifill who I ran into on the three occasions.
I felt as though she went above and beyond to make my visits as productive and effective as they could possibly be. I’m not one to highlight the flaws of other agencies, but my visit to GT&T offered me the best customer service experience that I have had in years.
From the security at the door, to the cashier they were all pleasant. The wait time was fairly short, the interpersonal skills and professionalism of the employees was consistently wonderful. I sincerely think they should be recognized for their excellent service by the company’s management.
