Newly built pound collapses
Seven months after it was constructed, this animal pound in the Grove/Diamond Police Station compound has collapsed.
The structure came crashing down at around 15:00 hrs yesterday. Fortunately, no animal was inside at the time.
The pound was reportedly constructed at a cost of over $1.5M
